1. • In order to serve each customer optimally we work by appointment only!
   

2. • During your consultation it will be important to obtain all relevant information from you as pet owner and to do a full proper investigation of your pet to come to a full diagnosis, well understood by the owner.  We value this process and book therefore normally for a consultation an appointment of at least 15 minutes.
